Maestro Maurizio Paciariello, on the Cucinelli stage on Sunday January th 17th, will offer to the audience music by Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven for listening
Two sonatas and two cycles of variations of the three great ones of Viennese Classicism, in a program crossed by more than one common thread. The choice of C minor links Mozart’s Sonata KV 457 to Op. The 13th Beethovenian, known as the Great Pathetic Sonata, of which the variations on Salieri’s Falstaff are contemporary, to which the Variations in A major Hob are pendent at the opening.
