Sunday, April 15th the six stringed instrumentalists of the STRADIVARI SESTETTO of the NATIONAL ACADEMY of SANTA CECILIA will be the protagonists of the concert to be held at 18:00 at the Teatro Cucinelli – Solomeo, for the 2017/2018 Music Season.
The STRADIVARI SESTETTO will perform the two Sextetti d’archi op. 18 and op. 36 by Johannes Brahms, pages of youthful freshness that between 1860 and 1865 started the musician production of the musician, inaugurating his journey of reinterpretation of the classical tradition.
The STRADIVARI SESTETTO was established in December 2001 on the occasion of the concerts organized as part of the International Exhibition “The art of the violin” held at Castel Sant’Angelo in Rome.
The harmony, the cohesion and the profuse passion for the commitment have meant that what had to be an occasional event has been transformed into a wider project that now sees the Sextet engaged in concerts for important national and international concert institutions .
